1. 目的 Purpose：

保证风淋室正确、安全的使用，确保其使用寿命。

Ensure the air Shower correct and safe use, to ensure that their service life.

2. 范围 Scope：

   公司无尘车间。

   Clean room of company.

3. 职责 Responsibility：

   所有进出风淋室的人员。

   Air Shower in and out of all the staff.

4.1 操作程序 Operating Procedures：

    4.1.1 进入无尘车间时使用风淋室操作方法：

          Into the use of clean room operation of Air Shower

    4.1.2 人员由非洁净区走到风淋室外门

          Staff from non-clean up areas into the door Air Shower.

    4.1.3 打开外门，进入风淋室后随后关闭外门

          Open the outer door, entered the Air Shower after the subsequent closure of the outer door.

    4.1.4 按语音提示经过红外感应器感应区

          Through infrared sensors, sensing area according to voice.

    4.1.5 双门自动上锁，风淋室风机起动开始吹淋

          Two-door locked automatically, Air Shower fans began to work.

    4.1.6 按设定的时间吹淋完后，按语音提示打开内门进入洁净室

          Time set by the wind after the shower,according to the voice inside to open the door into the clean room.

4.2 注意事项 Notes

    4.2.1 进入风淋室前需看清里面是否有人（风淋系统工作时，不能用力使劲去推拉门，更不能强

          制性地将门打开，否则电锁会被损坏）<如图 5>。

          We need to see whether there have people before entering Air Shower(shower system, can not be forced to push and pull the door hard, but not mandatory open the door, or electric lock will be damaged) <Figure 5>

          4.2.2 进出门时不要用手推玻璃，以免玻璃破碎后伤人（如图 7）。

          Do not push the glass door when you go out/into the air shower, so as to avoid the injury after broken glass(Figure 7)

          4.2.3 进入风淋室后需先将门关好后再站在感应区内，尤其是多人一起进入的时候，关好门后再

去感应并启动风淋。

          Air Shower after entering the need to close the door first and then induced to stand in the sensor area, especially the people together, and then close the door to tart the air shower.

          4.2.4 站在风淋室内接受风淋时不要避开风淋（如图 4）。

          Indoor Air Shower standing shower when the wind will not accept to avoid Air Shower.(Figure 4)

          4.2.5 严禁任何非专业设备人员对风淋室的任一技术参数进行调整设置(如图 1)。

          Prohibit any non-professional equipment for the staff of the Air Shower any of the technical parameters to adjust settings. (Figure 1)

          4.2.6 不可随便更改风嘴的吹风方向。

          Can not be changed in the direction of the wind mouth.

          4.2.7 进出门时必须轻拉推门把手，不要将门的开度打开至极限，以免造成门、门锁、闭门器的损坏。（如图 2）

          When we have to go out into the shower push pull door handles, do not open the doors opening to the limit in order to avoid the door, door locks, closed-door's damage.

          4.2.8 大件物品，如料车、推车等进出不可走风淋室（如图 6），需走另一边的大门。

          Large items such as materials cart, the cart etc. can not go in and out Air Shower (Figure 6), the need to take the other side of the door.

          4.2.9 设备部设备人员应每日点检风淋室的运行状况，若有异常，及时上报工程师处理。

          Department of Equipment employee should be checked daily at the Air Shower operation, if unusual, reported in a timely manner to deal with engineers.
